I found a piece of gluten pasta in my dish, mixed in with the GF fusilli. Luckily I hadn't started eating yet. I encountered the same problem at a different Noodles location (that time I did get very sick) so I avoid all locations now. Definitely not safe for Celiacs.
No
Overall Noodles n Co is pretty good. This location hasn't cooked the fusili noodles correctly anytime I've been there.
Very good system intended to help protect GF diners. Managers have to swipe register acknowledging that a GF order was place and they presumably follow up with cooks to make sure precautions are taken. I've had mostly good luck, but there certainly has been times during lunch rush where they must not have cleaned cooking surfaces well and cross contamination has occurred.
Great food and friendly, great service. They know what you are talking about when you tell them you have an allergy. Rice noodles work with any dish and now they have new gluten free noodles advertised on the tables.
Yes
I used to work at Noodles and they do not avoid cross-contamination well. Unless you make a huge deal out of your allergy they will treat it normally and even then C.C. may have already taken place in the coolers, sauces, and kitchen appliances. They try their best but it's still a noodle place.

Great meal! Many GF options from GF noodles, zucchini noodles and cauliflower gnocchi. The gnocchi was fantastic! My daughter loved her Penne Rosa dish with GF noodles and grilled chicken. Will definitely be back!!!

I've had hit or miss experiences at noodles & company. My most recent experience is honestly was more so myself to blame. I ordered gluten-free rice noodles and assumed that they were the correct noodles before eating them turns out I have never seen that shape of noodle before in a gluten-free form and I should have gone with my gut instinct instead my gut repaid me back the next few days as I was severely sick. If you do go to a noodles and company please be sure to reiterate that you need gluten-free noodles and that they need to make sure to not cross contaminate.

their menu shows gluten free items, also online you can use a menu selector that shows you what/how to order to be gluten-free.
my mom picked up food for me while she was in the area. I got the chicken veracruz salad (no crispy jalapeno, unfortunately - they're gluten!) and cross contamination definitely exists -- I found a crouton and a noodle in my salad.
idk if she informed them of the gluten sensitivity or not. idk if it would make a difference. so just be cautious
