I love that the menu clearly states the items that are gluten free. Lots of options to choose from and they offer gluten free noodles.
Hubby & I have hashimoto's and have to be gluten & dairy free. Gabby was SUPER helpful in figuring out what we could eat. She spent a considerable amount of time with us and didn't make us feel like a bother. The food was really good; hubby said to mention that their iced tea was delicious too. Ordered Thai Noodle w/ Shrimp, Penne Rosa w/ gf pasta, no milk or cheese.
Ordered gluten free mac&cheese, and when the cashier asked if I wanted any protein (chicken shrimp or steak) she explained that the chicken had potential cross contamination. I got the shrimp and had no symptoms of allergies

Great gluten free pasta!! Most dishes can be made substituting steak for meatballs and using either fazoli or rice noodles. I also love the phad tai and the tomato basil bisque. I’ve been to this location and the chain multiple times. They always take extra precaution to prevent cross-contamination.

I used to work at Noodles and they do not avoid cross-contamination well. Unless you make a huge deal out of your allergy they will treat it normally and even then C.C. may have already taken place in the coolers, sauces, and kitchen appliances. They try their best but it's still a noodle place.

Great meal! Many GF options from GF noodles, zucchini noodles and cauliflower gnocchi. The gnocchi was fantastic! My daughter loved her Penne Rosa dish with GF noodles and grilled chicken. Will definitely be back!!!

I've had hit or miss experiences at noodles & company. My most recent experience is honestly was more so myself to blame. I ordered gluten-free rice noodles and assumed that they were the correct noodles before eating them turns out I have never seen that shape of noodle before in a gluten-free form and I should have gone with my gut instinct instead my gut repaid me back the next few days as I was severely sick. If you do go to a noodles and company please be sure to reiterate that you need gluten-free noodles and that they need to make sure to not cross contaminate.
