Stopped by for lunch today and my daughter got extremely sick even when they marked it for an allergy.
No
Appreciated having something different . willing to substitute many of their foods to adapt to gluten free and low carb (zoodles).gf soups also.
Noodle's & Co. has a lot of gluten-free options. Every menu option can be switched to one of the two gluten-free noodle options (rice pasta and Fazoli). Noodles & Co. has a gluten-free guide that is very helpful. I usually order spaghetti. Instead of meatballs, I ask for steak. The Tomato Basil soup is also gluten-free. The manager explains my options and then swipes a card on the register to put an allergy alert on my order. I have dined at Noodle's & Co. numerous times and absolutely love their food!! I have Celiac Disease and never have been sick afterwards. Highly recommend!!!

BIG SHOUT OUT TO DEJA and ANA for Protecting me from gluten!! I ordered a meat that was not gluten-free and the kitchen caught it!! I have had celiac disease for almost 20 years and never been given that kind of courtesy! They caught it in time to give me a completely gluten-free meal!
I used to work at Noodles and they do not avoid cross-contamination well. Unless you make a huge deal out of your allergy they will treat it normally and even then C.C. may have already taken place in the coolers, sauces, and kitchen appliances. They try their best but it's still a noodle place.

Great meal! Many GF options from GF noodles, zucchini noodles and cauliflower gnocchi. The gnocchi was fantastic! My daughter loved her Penne Rosa dish with GF noodles and grilled chicken. Will definitely be back!!!

I've had hit or miss experiences at noodles & company. My most recent experience is honestly was more so myself to blame. I ordered gluten-free rice noodles and assumed that they were the correct noodles before eating them turns out I have never seen that shape of noodle before in a gluten-free form and I should have gone with my gut instinct instead my gut repaid me back the next few days as I was severely sick. If you do go to a noodles and company please be sure to reiterate that you need gluten-free noodles and that they need to make sure to not cross contaminate.

their menu shows gluten free items, also online you can use a menu selector that shows you what/how to order to be gluten-free.
my mom picked up food for me while she was in the area. I got the chicken veracruz salad (no crispy jalapeno, unfortunately - they're gluten!) and cross contamination definitely exists -- I found a crouton and a noodle in my salad.
idk if she informed them of the gluten sensitivity or not. idk if it would make a difference. so just be cautious

WARNING!! All pasta here, including every gluten free option, is cooked in the morning in the same water as gluten containing water. Preparations after ordering are gluten free, but they are unaware if the gluten-free options were cooked first, or cooked in the gluten containing pasta water.
