Noodle's & Co. has a lot of gluten-free options. Every menu option can be switched to one of the two gluten-free noodle options (rice pasta and Fazoli). Noodles & Co. has a gluten-free guide that is very helpful. I usually order spaghetti. Instead of meatballs, I ask for steak. The Tomato Basil soup is also gluten-free. The manager explains my options and then swipes a card on the register to put an allergy alert on my order. I have dined at Noodle's & Co. numerous times and absolutely love their food!! I have Celiac Disease and never have been sick afterwards. Highly recommend!!!
BIG SHOUT OUT TO DEJA and ANA for Protecting me from gluten!! I ordered a meat that was not gluten-free and the kitchen caught it!! I have had celiac disease for almost 20 years and never been given that kind of courtesy! They caught it in time to give me a completely gluten-free meal!
They offer gluten free options but there’s a high risk of cross contamination and I’ve gotten sick after eating there in the past. I don’t think they understand they need separate pots to cook the noodles in and separate strainers. The last time I ended up with 2 random noodles in my bowl so I’m not confident they understand
Hubby & I have hashimoto's and have to be gluten & dairy free. Gabby was SUPER helpful in figuring out what we could eat. She spent a considerable amount of time with us and didn't make us feel like a bother. The food was really good; hubby said to mention that their iced tea was delicious too. Ordered Thai Noodle w/ Shrimp, Penne Rosa w/ gf pasta, no milk or cheese.
I told the cashier that I was gluten free and she called the manager over and they put my allergy into the system to alert all the chefs to change gloves and other utensils. I ordered the pad Thai (naturally gf) and it was delicious and I had no issues whatsoever. A great place that is safe near campus!!
Have choice of fusilli noodles, rice noodles, or zucchini noodles. Fusilli noodles are very good, had them in place of penne in Penne Rosa. Employees ask if allergy or preference when ordering gluten free and follow stricter procedures if allergy.
Was going there about 1x a week and then the crew member “Brian” served my GF ASD child gluten. My child noticed the pasta looked different. I brought it back to the counter and he insisted the macaroni we were served was GF (but only the fusilli and rice noodles apparently are) so my son ate it all 😢what makes this worse is another crew person knew he was telling me misinformation when I came with the macaroni to the counter and he allowed us to be misguided. At a future visit this other person told us that he knew Brian was wrong. Double and triple check your order there as they ring it up, on the receipt (they will charge you $1.50 for gf noodles) and when it’s served. Was compensated only when I spoke to a shift Manager at the more recent visit- with 1 meal- not sure that was enough... could take 6 months to leave my son’s system. He’s been having problems answering questions a lot since (foggy brain?) 😢
Went there several times with no problem.. then went once and did the same "gluten free due to allergy not preference". It was confirmed at delivery to the table. Half way through the meal I found Udon (wheat) noodles mixed in with my gluten free. The staff and manager's response was "opps, we'll refund you the cost of the dish". Will never go there again is that is how seriously they take celiac disease.. painful few days followed that lunch.
Great gluten free pasta!! Most dishes can be made substituting steak for meatballs and using either fazoli or rice noodles. I also love the tomato basil bisque. I’ve been to this location and the chain multiple times. They always take extra precaution to prevent cross-contamination.
They have many gluten free combinations. You can mix and match gluten free items. For the base they have gluten free noodles and zucchini noodles. I love the zucchini noodles. The staff are knowledgeable and everything is made to order. I asked them to use a clean pan and they said they always do. I’m not sure if that’s just always for gluten free orders or always always.
i have eaten here many times, both dining in and getting carry out. very knowledgeable staff, just MAKE SURE you say you have an allergy and they'll swipe the allergy card to alert the kitchen. you have the option of pad thai-style rice noodles or gluten free fusili. the wisconsin mac and cheese is a personal gluten free fave, and many of their dishes can be prepped gluten free.
