Review of Noodles and Company

Typically I love this place, they are usually pretty good about knowing not to cross contaminate me, and I always say that it is an allergy, not a preference. This time I ordered, they were very busy and the worker asked if I wanted Parmesan chicken, after I said that it was gluten free (that chicken is not gluten free). When I got my food I ate some before noticing that there was some linguine in my bowl rather than just the gluten free fuccili. I was frustrated and told the staff but they didn't seem too knowledgeable.
