Review of Noodles and Company

I ordered the Pad Thai, which is listed as a gluten free dish. I specified to the cashier that I had a gluten allergy (I have celiac) so that they could let the kitchen know. Not only were the staff rude to each other (which was a turn-off in itself), but when I got home with my food I found several gluten-filled noodles mixed in with the rice noodles. This should not happen, yet this is not the first time…
