Review of Noodles and Company

My daughter is Celiac and very sensitive. Before ordering we spoke to the manager to ask our GF options and how things were prepared to avoid cross contamination. I was very pleased with the precaution taken when preparing her meal. They got fresh gloves and there is a special pasta station that is strictly for the gluten free noodles as well as the water it's heated in. She ordered the Mac-n- cheese with the GF fusilli noodles. They served it to her on a separate tray from all of the other dishes our family ordered. She said it was excellent and felt great after eating. She had leftovers and was fine the next day as well. We've eaten here 3 times so far with no issues or changes in the precaution taken. We are very pleased with this restaurant and would recommend.
