They had hardly anything on their GF menu in stock. They completely removed the cauliflower gnocchi from the menu. Their website implies they have a lot more Gf options than they actually do. So you go in expecting options and don’t have any. Call ahead to make sure they have what you want. Don’t try to order online or on the app. Had the pad Thai. I didn’t go there wanting pad Thai but it was decent. Just very disappointed.

I frequent Noodles because of their gluten free options! They are very aware of allergens and I have never had a reaction. It's one of my favorite places to eat. They have 3 gluten free noodle options.

Celiac friendly?

Yes

Great place! They have two gluten free pasta options, rice noodles and fusilli. They are very aware of allergies and will verify if you are celiac and make you aware if you order something that contains gluten.

Gluten free fusilli noodles for an upcharge. Or rice noodles are GF. I had the pad Thai w rice noodles and loved it. The sauce is naturally GF. In the spicyness scale of 1-10, it was probably a 4. A little zing if you like your food mild like me.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly

Pad Thai is a good choice for gluten avoiders. They make gluten free noodles but I’m not sure about cross contamination. Many of the sauces have gluten, including the Mac and cheese sauce. Employee was knowledgeable and helpful. This is a good choice for a quick stir fry.

They have separate cookware they use for allergies and take cross contact very seriously. I have always been happy with the attention they take with my order when I mention gluten allergy.

The staff is really friendly and open to answer questions about their menu. The guy at the register even went to confirm the Alfredo sauce didn't have gluten for me.
