We've had good luck with this chain, and have eaten at this location before. But tonight we informed the staff that our 5-year old had celiac, and we'd like all of our food made with the GF fusilli, new water, the works. They said that wouldn't be a problem. When they handed us our food we asked again, and they assured us that everything was GF. Two bites in to her mac (fusilli) & cheese, we spotted regular (gluten) macaroni mixed in. We called the restaurant to complain, and were told that our order was marked in their system as a gluten-free "preference," not an "allergy." Beware- Not sure we'll go back.
No
They have gf noodles that are really good, but if you have an allergy, DO NOT RISK IT!! There were many other noodles that ended up in my meal that are not gf. Cross-contamination will for sure occur at this chain!! If you are not as sensitive like me, it was fine and really good, but I do not have an allergy.

When our family ordered food from here, a staff member was knowledgeable about what type of food was safe for someone who has celiac. They made sure to tell the prep cooks as well in preparation. The pad thai was delicious.

Any of the noodles can be substituted with either gluten free shells or rice noodles! And at the counter she asked me if it was a preference or an allergy, so less effort explaining on my part!
