Review of Noodles and Company

You wouldn't think a pasta place like this would be good about gluten but they are GREAT!! As long as you tell them when you order you have allergies they have a manager come and swipe. The gluten free noodles are cooked in a special pot that hasn't had gluten in it! I am celiac and get contaminated easily and often and had NEVER had a problem here. The pad thai is excellent (dairy free as well)!
