I am newly diagnosed and still unsure of myself. When I told the order taker I had “a severe gluten allergy”, she called the manager out. When I asked about cross contamination, he said that they have procedures in place and yet “it is very noodly in here.” I appreciated his honesty.
He told me he would personally make my meal. He changed his gloves and showed me that he was thoroughly washing the pans he used for my meal. He brought it out to me personally and it was marked gluten free.
I don’t have obvious symptoms when glutened, so all I can say is I felt safe enough to eat and enjoy.

The choices are several but the pasta is very over cooked. Gooey. Not pleasant. We don’t go anymore.
Great gluten-free menu with either gluten-free fasoli or rice noodles in any dish. Substitute meatballs for steak.

Mediocre (at best ) fast food chain . Very limited options . Plenty of good Pho in town . One place very near here . Adequate in a pinch .
They have a few great options for gluten free meals and they taste great!!

Like other Noodles and Company, gluten free pasta and rice noodle options and cooked in separate pans from the non-gluten free food.
Yes
Every single time I’ve tried to eat here, even when alerting staff, there has been at least one non gluten free noodle in my dish.

One time I got their gluten free noodles-and told cashier I was celiac- and saw them make it with regular noodles. Then when I got my food, there were also regular noodles in my bowl. If celiac, do not recommend.

They had a gluten free menu. I had the GF Pas Thai and did not get sick from it.

The items they advertise that can be GF with the GF noodles may not be. I ordered the chicken parm and asked the guy 3 times if it was GF. The cook advised me of cross contamination. I received the dish and started to eat and realized something wasn’t right. Went back to the manager and asked again and they said what I had eaten was not GF. Omgosh…that’s critical to a person with Celiac. I told them that it is serious and they made me another dish and apologized. They also spoke with the guy about what GF means and what isn’t.

This Noodles is amazing. They have always taken care of my GF orders. Never had any contamination issues. I eat here about once a week. I’m also super sensitive to gluten, and rarely eat out. This is the one of few I take a chance on. Highly recommend. They have great staff!
