Dedicated space, knowledgeable manager but untrained staff lead to pasta being mixed with gluten pasta. Half way through meal, we noticed a few pieces of other pasta

Update: After speaking with the manager, we decided.to try the restaurant again. The exact same thing happened. A non-gf noodle was mixed in. I had confirmed separate pans and strainers but it did not matter.
