Review of Noodles and Company

Cashier was very knowledgeable about gluten free options and cross contamination. Assured me that noodles and grilled chicken were cooked separately and that they take precautions to avoid cross contamination. They have several menu item marked gluten free, but the cashier said that they could make several other items gluten free as well by substituting gf noodles as long as the sauce was gf (you can also look on their allergen menu). I got the zoodle pesto with grilled chicken and it was great!
