Don't eat here. I went when they were busy, did the whole I'm celiac gluten free song and dance. I ended up cross contaminated to the point where I was screaming in an ambulance and went to the ER given lots of pain meds to cope. Which takes a LOT of cross contamination. They ended up making my gluten free noodles in the same pot as regular noodles. Never again.

I eat at noodles and company all the time and I have never gotten sick or even felt any sort of reaction! One of my favorite places to eat in Eau Claire
I've posted on here before but I was recently diagnosed. Since then I have gotten sick every time I've eaten here. There is just no way they can avoid cross contamination. That being said, the food is great and it would be an awesome place for NON-CELIAC gluten intolerant people.
NOT CELIAC FRIENDLY!
No
I eat the gluten free noodles here all the time. even though I don't usually need the allergy option, they always offer it and do a good job at keeping contamination at a minimum.
They make all of their gluten free noodles (rice and fusilli) in the morning before anything else goes in. They have separate pans for gluten free dishes. Not all options can be made GF but nice selection. I'm celiac and I eat there, usually with no issues.
When ordering I was ensured cross contamination would be avoided as much as possible. I felt comfortable with the people making my meal. It was fresh and hot

My two teens and I all have to avoid gluten. I am Celiac, my daughter has a full-blown gluten and gliadin allergy, and my son gets flu-like symptoms if he eats gluten. We’ve eaten at other Noodles & Company locations with no problems. So when I placed our order and explained that we needed 3 gluten-free Mac and cheeses with grilled chicken, I assumed the employees would be as cautious as they had been at other locations. I was wrong. Halfway through my son’s meal he noticed regular glutinous noodles mixed in with the “gluten-sensitive pipette” noodles. I took it to the register and showed them. They apologized and remade the dish, but my son had already been glutened and has been sick for several days as a result. Use extreme caution at this location. There is definitely cross contamination going on.

Amazing. I wanted to hey something that I never get here, but what can i say, I had to get the same thing i always do; Pad Thai. Everything here is amazing always. This is my first time at this location, and it was a pretty enjoyable experience, as long as you don't have to use the restroom! U was kind of worried because most Noodles I go, to they usually get like 1 or 2 non gf nodlws mixed in with the gf ones but there were nine this time!

Made exactly as ordered. Yummy and soothing. I have food allergies as well as celiac. They accommodated it all, and I had no reactions.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly
