Started asking questions about their use of gluten free pasta. Was told rice noodles are cooked in separate water. Then they pulled their allergy sheet to tell me what meals have gluten free sauce. Then discovered they have an allergy button attached to my order to take precautions. Was so excited to try, but my Nima test showed too much gluten for me to eat.
The past manager at this location was absolutely amazing when it came to taking care of her gluten-free customers. She was unfortunately fired, and the new management just does not care. I have tried to eat here a few times since she was fired, and I pretty much knew exactly when that happened because the level of care was just gone. I most recently ordered gluten free BBQ mac and cheese, with the noodles replaced. When it was delivered, it was full of regular noodles. When they manage to care even a little bit, you will get the gluten free noodles, but best believe there will be a wheat noodle sitting at the bottom of the bowl. You'll for sure only see it once you finish your meal. I'm guessing they have the two types of pasta side by side and do not care to make sure they are properly kept separate. I loved eating this place but now I just won't, and can't.
