If you have Celiac Disease, do not eat here. Gluten free pasta goes in the same strainers/water and you will end up with bits of regular pasta in your dish.

5 stars if you're gluten intolerant. They have a lot of absolutely delicious options. However, it is NOT celiac friendly. Not this location, at least. They put their noodles in the same boiling water. I got sick the last time I ate here amd asked if the noodles were all cooked together with regular ones and they confirmed that they were.
No
I stopped eating at Noodles many years ago as I had numerous reactions when eating GF options at any of their locations. I noticed online that it seems that some locations were taking additional steps to help prevent cross contamination so I decided to give them another chance.
Over the last few months I had the "gluten friendly" mac and cheese with grilled chicken and have not had any problems. I feel comfortable eating at Noodles moving forward.

Zoodles dish was delicious and did not get sick
On previous visits, we have not had any problems, when I explained that my daughter has celiac and must avoid cross-contamination. The staff has been really accommodating, changing gloves, and carefully preparing the gf noodles away from the regular noodles. During our most recent visit, however, despite being assured that all precautions would be taken, my daughter pulled a long spaghetti noodle (definitely not gluten free) out of her gf fusilli. We were very disappointed, as our safe gluten free options are limited in Bel Air.
Gluten free pasta is delicious! They have a tiny pamphlet at the register that lists gluten free choices. Of course they have the disclaimer about cross contamination. I haven't noticed a reaction to anything I've had.
When ordering I was ensured cross contamination would be avoided as much as possible. I felt comfortable with the people making my meal. It was fresh and hot

My two teens and I all have to avoid gluten. I am Celiac, my daughter has a full-blown gluten and gliadin allergy, and my son gets flu-like symptoms if he eats gluten. We’ve eaten at other Noodles & Company locations with no problems. So when I placed our order and explained that we needed 3 gluten-free Mac and cheeses with grilled chicken, I assumed the employees would be as cautious as they had been at other locations. I was wrong. Halfway through my son’s meal he noticed regular glutinous noodles mixed in with the “gluten-sensitive pipette” noodles. I took it to the register and showed them. They apologized and remade the dish, but my son had already been glutened and has been sick for several days as a result. Use extreme caution at this location. There is definitely cross contamination going on.

Amazing. I wanted to hey something that I never get here, but what can i say, I had to get the same thing i always do; Pad Thai. Everything here is amazing always. This is my first time at this location, and it was a pretty enjoyable experience, as long as you don't have to use the restroom! U was kind of worried because most Noodles I go, to they usually get like 1 or 2 non gf nodlws mixed in with the gf ones but there were nine this time!

Made exactly as ordered. Yummy and soothing. I have food allergies as well as celiac. They accommodated it all, and I had no reactions.

I was very excited to eat the gluten free Mac & cheese. We called to make sure ahead of time that everything would be cooked separately, and told them i had celiac. When I went to order in person I told them the same thing, and still ended up extremely sick sadly
