The items they advertise that can be GF with the GF noodles may not be. I ordered the chicken parm and asked the guy 3 times if it was GF. The cook advised me of cross contamination. I received the dish and started to eat and realized something wasn’t right. Went back to the manager and asked again and they said what I had eaten was not GF. Omgosh…that’s critical to a person with Celiac. I told them that it is serious and they made me another dish and apologized. They also spoke with the guy about what GF means and what isn’t.

Just be careful don't trust automatically what they give you is gluten free, they put the bread crumbs on the Mac n cheese when I got it once. Otherwise great careful about cooking stuff separately I always feel like they take me seriously

They did a great job offering options for my 5 year old and made sure his meal was yummy and safe for him to eat!
They are always helpful and willing to accommodate. They have GF pasta and most of their salads can be made GF. I love the chicken Veracruz salad with no crispy jalapeños.
Food tasted great, very knowledgable receptionist however experienced symptoms of cross continuation afterwards.

First time to this restaurant chain. Very impressed with friendly service and great knowledge of gluten. The cashier quickly whipped out a detailed chart of the break down of every meal, and the cook filled in any questions we had with confidence. $1 pasta substitution too for gluten free pasta on those style meals. I'll definitely be back for more! This celiac is happy.

It was wonderful! We talked to the man at the register, who told us that the gluten-free pasta is all cooked separately, and they will fully wash a pan to make the gluten-free food. It was very tasty, as well. Unlike many of the other franchises in this chain, I was very safe, and didn’t have any cross-contamination issues. It was wonderful!

You can order your food gf and they will ask if it’s a preference or an allergy…but I definitely got glutened last time I was there. Other times I’ve been fine, so it’s kind of hit or miss.

I ordered pad thai which is made with rice noodles and listed as gluten sensitive. I ordered through the app and noted on my order in the comment section “GLUTEN ALLERGY” as I was told to do in store on a previous visit. I was told this would alert the staff to clean the cooking surface. The lid to my meal was marked “gluten free” but when I got it home and had eaten several bites, I found an udon noodle in my food. This place is not safe for people with celiac disease.

Ive been coming here for over a year and haven’t had any problems until recently - twice in the last month I’ve gotten gluten noodles in my gluten free bowl. It’s no longer a safe restaurant

Good options, but nothing special. Has gf pipette noodles, and a rice noodles, that is also gluten free, and used in all of the Asian dishes. Each time we go it is a bit different, depending on the cashier. One time, we had to explain what we needed them to do, and they did those things, but they gave everyone in our order gf noodles. They also made me their gf Mac and cheese, and they added marinara sauce on top. I just wanted noodles and marinara, but it still tasted fine. The next time, everything went smoothly, and I got exactly what I asked for.
Online order downside- the special accommodations box, only has 16 characters, so you can not write anymore than "gluten allergy". I don't trust the establishment to know what to do with a gluten allergy, without being there.
