I have eaten here several times, and gotten pretty sick about half of those times, even though I always order the same thing. The current staff doesn't seem to care much about anything, really. The last time, there were dirty dishes on nearly every table and only one patron dining, and the rest of the tables had trash or sticky stuff smeared on them. Today the tables were mostly clean, but the dining room is otherwise filthy, with food and trash all over. That's not to say the food isn't usually good, but I've not had a good run of it here as of late. The 2 people I've spoken with the last 2 visits had no idea what "gluten allergy" meant. Maybe I should stop coming for dinner and try lunch instead?
Especially like that your gf meal is sevres in a allergen pan and they are very cautious of noting your meal is for someone with an allergy.
Pad Thai with shrimp is excellent! Owner knows all about gluten and will replace any dish with rice noodles. If you don't like something you can bring it back to him and he will cook you something else free!! Very friendly and excellent location!!
When ordering gluten free pasta, they will ask if it is for preference or an allergy. If you say it is for an allergy a manager has to swipe her card and enter a code so they can treat the order properly. I have never had a reaction when eating here.
So I haven't ordered anything with a grilled protein, so I can not speak to the certainty of their protocols, but every time I've ordered from them, I've been satisfied with the food & NEVER gotten sick.

they have updated their gluten-free pasta and it is AMAZING!! I only ate half my mac & cheese, so I reheated it the next day expecting it to be mush..I was thrilled with how good the pasta was.
Offers delivery through doordash.
Noodles and Co has recently updated their gluten free noodles. They now offer two kinds: regular rice noodles and shells. They are SO good! I have had their gluten free mac n cheese, penne rosa, and pad Thai. All three are absolutely delicious! Let them know if you have Celiac so they can take extra precautions. The staff is always friendly and the food is brought out quickly. Very affordable prices. One of my favorite places to stop for lunch.
Michel, the cashier who helped me, was very friendly and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough great things about her. She had no issue pulling up the nutritional info and letting me know about the GF and DF options. She even gave me a tiny pamphlet called Gluten Guide. The zoodles and rice noodles were delicious. She said for chicken, they scrape the grill. We’re not celiac, just intolerant, so I wasn’t too concerned but she told me the pork and tofu are safe from cross-contamination. The Japanese Pan and Pad Thai are the DF options and we got rice noodles with both. The spicy Korean we ordered with zoodles, and it was yummy. It was more than decent for food in a mall. That’s the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because the food is great but not amazing. It’s away from the food court on the upper level, and we’ll remember to stop here and let the kids play at the playground when we’re on our way through Wichita again.

— Just a couple
I eat here once a week because I know it’s one of the only places I can go out to eat without getting sick. Pad Thai with shrimp, pasta Fresca with gf noodles, Mac and cheese with gf noodles, and steak stroganoff with gf noodles are all celiac safe. Love this place!
They have a really good allergy menu and have quite a few items that are gluten free. I always get the pad Thai and never get sick. This is one of my favorite go-to places for quick, gluten free food.
I’ve eaten here a couple times and never had any issues. My favorite place to grab a quick dinner. I also love how the website will offer order suggestions for you if you’re not sure what pasta and toppings are gluten free.
I enjoy the Gf pipet Mac and the pesto zoodles add chicken. They always ask allergy or preference-I say allergy since I’m celiac. The noodles are probably a bit al dente for some, but the sauce makes up for it to me. Haven’t had any reactions and eat here frequently.
I have eaten here many times and have had no bad reactions. Great place with lots of options. 2 choices of noodles and you can make it any way you like. Though only the pad Thai noodles are only rice. The other gf noodles have corn in them.
Twice they have gotten me sick. They used to be great and super careful with my orders but now I won’t go back. Finding other noodles mixed in and breading the chicken even when it’s run under allergy is just ridiculous.
Great gluten free pasta!! Most dishes can be made substituting steak for meatballs and using either fazoli or rice noodles. I also love the phad tai and the tomato basil bisque. I’ve been to this location and the chain multiple times. They always take extra precaution to prevent cross-contamination.
DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously a complete and utter lack of understanding of gluten sensitivity. After watching them prepare my wife’s food in all the exact same areas as the regular noodles. They brought it out and I explained that is not gluten free, the manager at the time apologized and brought it back. I again went out to watch them make it. The manager explained to the person cooking we were returning our food. They both laughed and shook their heads. Seriously?!? The person preparing the food then started to cook it the same way, in the exact same areas as before. In the past when eating at Noodles when we brought up a “gluten allergy” a manager had to come and verify the order with their code. I have no idea why this is not in place at this store. This whole store needs a complete retraining. I will be contacting the store manager Monday morning for the utter lack of respect and understanding of gluten free allergies.
I have had good luck with the Zoodles there. They just got rid of their Allergy Alert button and went Gluten Sensitive instead of Gluten free for their items. Make sure to specify celiac, and ask them to yell it back to the meal prep team and they will. Join their Eating Gluten Sensitive at Noodles FB page and weigh in. They listen fairly well.
I stopped eating at Noodles many years ago as I had numerous reactions when eating GF options at any of their locations. I noticed online that it seems that some locations were taking additional steps to help prevent cross contamination so I decided to give them another chance. Over the last few months I had the "gluten friendly" mac and cheese with grilled chicken and have not had any problems. I feel comfortable eating at Noodles moving forward.
Food tasted good, however, I specifically asked if they change gloves and have handling processes for gluten allergies. She said yes, but an hour later my stomach is responding to the meal.
Most of the time, I have a good experience here. However, once I had a random gluten noodle in my food, and tonight ordered Pad Thai, only to get home and find out (after calling because the noodles looked different) that they ran out of rice noodles and decided (without asking or telling me) to substitute for the ramen noodles. I will say that it's partly my fault tonight I was in a hurry and didn't type in "gluten allergy" in the comments. However, as they put these things on their website as gluten-free, I felt it was important to give anyone else a heads up to ALWAYS check your food when you order here.
Very hit or miss there. Left after eating pad thai feeling "off" and a little foggy. Dont think they use a separate pot for the rice noodle vs the wheat noodles. Think that is going to be the last time I chance it there.
Staff was knowledgeable but that did nothing when it came to the food. I was so sick and I ordered the only "safe" gluten free item (mac n cheese with gluten free shell pasta). What surprised me, too, is that ALL of their meat has traces of gluten, so I could not order any protein.
Very yummy! My husband and I both got GF Wisconsin Mac & Cheese. Neither of us got sick.
Ordered the gluten friendly pipette Mac and specified that I was celiac so there could be no cross contamination. Brought my food home and there was a penne noodle mixed in with my Mac. I called to ask if they had gluten free penne and they said they did not. The person who answered the phone did not seem to understand that this was bad and that I could get very sick. After explaining the situation to the manager he offered to send me a coupon for a free bowl. DO NOT eat here if you are celiac or have a severe gluten allergy because the staff is not knowledgeable.
