They can use gluten-free noodles to make any of their pasta dishes
Yes
My kids and I have eaten here frequently (at the Plainfield location) and have never had a problem. When I ask for rice noodles they ask, “for preference or for allergy?” When I say, “for allergy,” they use separate pans.
You have to be specific with them if it is a severe allergy/Celiac but I haven't been contaminated yet and I eat here often.
All dishes can be ordered with rice noodles, can you can ask them to change gloves and use different pans to avoid cross contamination!!!! Never had a problem!
I got sick as well from their food. Regardless of that, the food was not that tasty so I left unhappy on all accounts
My son & I ate here ordering from the gf menu. we became ill immediately. Don't think they are careful to avoid cross contamination.
No
Look Out. We experienced cross contamination with dinner there last night. Was sick for hours afterwards. We had Pad Thai noodles, which normally would be fine.

I have gotten the gluten free Mac and cheese lots of times and have never gotten sick. Make sure you specify that your food is for an allergy so that they prevent cross contamination. The gluten free noodles are a different shape than the regular ones, which always gives me confidence in knowing I got the gluten free noodles

It was wonderful! We talked to the man at the register, who told us that the gluten-free pasta is all cooked separately, and they will fully wash a pan to make the gluten-free food. It was very tasty, as well. Unlike many of the other franchises in this chain, I was very safe, and didn’t have any cross-contamination issues. It was wonderful!

You can order your food gf and they will ask if it’s a preference or an allergy…but I definitely got glutened last time I was there. Other times I’ve been fine, so it’s kind of hit or miss.

I ordered pad thai which is made with rice noodles and listed as gluten sensitive. I ordered through the app and noted on my order in the comment section “GLUTEN ALLERGY” as I was told to do in store on a previous visit. I was told this would alert the staff to clean the cooking surface. The lid to my meal was marked “gluten free” but when I got it home and had eaten several bites, I found an udon noodle in my food. This place is not safe for people with celiac disease.
