Went for lunch, not too busy for a Wednesday. The menu is online and had quite a few gluten free options. A little more expensive but the Shrimp and Grits was delicious. I am not a super symptomatic celiac but no problems since

— Excellent

Good food but disappointed with the experience. We called ahead to confirm that there would be gluten free options and over the phone were guaranteed to have 4-5 options. When we got there, the only gluten free choices were between two salads, and nothing else available was safe. Friendly service though!
