Excellent options! I had a half pineapple with many kinds of sea food inside, very good! Ask for Salvador, menu doesn't have gluten-free noted, but Salvador said "tell me what you want and we can make it gluten-free no problem"

In shopping center of Paradise Village, Nuevo Vallarta. Place is ah-mazing for celiacs. Wait staff is VERY knowledgeable. Highly recommend. Ask for Salvatore!
