Noraneko is a super nice place, but they boil their gf noodles in the regular water, and their staff haven’t been trained in celiac stuff.

The staff was knowledgeable and friendly, most of their items can be made gluten free but it is not a dedicated gluten free facility and i am not sure of cross contamination.
