Gluten free menu items are not marked, talk to the staff and they will point you in the right direction. The staff and the chef are very knowledgeable about cross contamination. I tested my pasta with my NIMA Partners gluten sensor and it was gluten free; however the chicken came separate and was cooked on the grill. It tested for cross contamination. I would stick to just pasta when coming here because the grill is cross contaminated from previous gluten containing items being cooked on it. Overall great experience and the food was amazing.
They are very accommodating. So awesome to find affordable Italian food off the strip. They do gluten free pasta and their sauces are great.
