separate gluten free menu. separate gluten free fryer. food tasted great, lots of choices
Server knew about celiac disease and handled order accordingly, even took pic of seasoned French fries label, so I could confirm for myself.
CAVEAT: NO buns available for burgers (choose none or lettuce wrap)
Yummy!! And so many gluten free options, most if not all their sauces, dedicated fryers 😍
I did not have any issues the first or second times I ate there. I had the brisket, fries and green beans. Then the third time I had ordered the ribs and they had put a corn bread muffin on the meat and then realized it wasn't supposed to be there so removed it but it left crumbs on the ribs. It was a huge disappointment as I am incredibly sensitive and could not eat the food I had ordered. It was a pick up order and I had no idea that had happened until I got home with my food. I will never trust them again
My wife has Celiac and we eat here all the time. Definitely on our list of safe restaurants that we eat at. Only had 1 reaction out of the 30-40+ times that we’ve eaten here and it was on a to-go order. Upon ordering from To-go, we had a gut feeling that it was going to get messed up because the girl ringing us up seemed very new. We always go to the bar area and order from Megan who is awesome making sure the order is always labeled GF. We’ve ordered from multiple other people in the past and they were great with it to.
Ordered off the gluten free menu which seems plentiful but even though the server confirmed that he would enter it gluten free it came served on toast with a corn bread muffin. Wife who is not gf ate and said the food was mediocre.
Be very careful eating here. My "gluten and egg free" meal was served on a thick piece of Texas toast, with a cornbread muffin on the side. Even after the server said he spoke with the chef and assured me what I ordered was safe. But, hey, they have gluten free bbq sauce. :/
Their newer menu and educated staff make it super easy to have a great meal. Their ribs are amazing!
Pretty easy for a gluten intolerant to get a great meal! All sauces but one are gf!
For starters, their gluten free menu contains a handful of items that are NOT gluten free, but should instead be labeled "No Gluten Ingredients". If you have Celiac disease, or are highly intolerant, do not eat here.
They claim that their fries, tatter tots, and a number of fried items are gluten free, but these are in fact fried in the same fryer/oil as a number of gluten-containing products.
I ordered potato skins and chili, which my waitress confirmed were safe choices, and unfortunately I was quite ill by the time we finished eating.
Decent BBQ, not the best I've had, but unfortunately this restaurant is not Celiac friendly.
