Staff didn’t even understand what gluten was. Certainly not celiac safe. Cashier just proceded to tell me you can order anything just check that its ingredients don’t have gluten

They have create your own bowl option with various free toppings. I ordered a rice bowl with Shrimp, Cream Cheese, Avocado, Wasabi Mayo and couple other toppings. My girlfrillend ordered a complete gluten free bowl, so if you are around and checking for options check this place out.
