Dedicated vegan Japanese restaurant. Much of the menu is gluten free as is the house soy sauce. I’ve tried several sushi rolls and katsu, all are delicious even if you don’t normally eat vegan. Wait staff is very attentive and aware of dietary restrictions. Has a relaxing atmosphere.
