Amazing vegan sushi! So many options that they only mark items with gluten rather than gf items. Staff was extremely thoughtful about cross contamination, and double checked on items that can be modified for gluten free.
Nut-containing items are also marked.
It is quite popular so get a reservation if possible

The food here was incredible!!! Most of the sushi menu is GF and the rolls that have gluten can be modified. Menu is marked by what contained gluten. Fried rolls and tempura that are gluten free too, nothing that goes in the fryer has gluten. I would never know the food was vegan, it was so flavorful. Might be my new favorite sushi place!

Dedicated vegan Japanese restaurant. Much of the menu is gluten free as is the house soy sauce. I’ve tried several sushi rolls and katsu, all are delicious even if you don’t normally eat vegan. Wait staff is very attentive and aware of dietary restrictions. Has a relaxing atmosphere.
