Review of Normitas Mexican Cuisine

Owner is both defensive and publicly rude when asked about gluten in her food. When I asked her privately about her gluten free declarations in various Facebook advertising posts she told me they are "gluten cautious". She then sent me pictures of the pre-made sauces/seasonings she uses which aren't labeled GF and contain potential hidden gluten in things like caramel color, maltodextrin, yeast extract, etc as well as MSG which, while not gluten, some react to AND one product that cleary lists wheat in the ingredients and warning.

She did offer to make a small batch of meat without these ingredients if I ordered in advance. Had I not specifically questioned her privately, she would have just told me that everything is GF and "I have plenty of people with gluten allergies eat at my cart!"

When I saw she was yet again advertising her food as gluten free, I publicly asked if she had changed her ingredients because if she had I would love to order but if she hadn't her food was definitely not gluten free. Her response was to list a few options like guacamole & chips and to tell me I would never be welcome at her cart. Yay! For saving my money for better options.
