My daughter is GF and DF. Server Savannah was very knowledgeable about her options. They have a dedicated fryer and GF flour. Some items are presoaked in buttermilk, so those were a no. She was able to have fried calamari appetizer. Her entree was fried shrimp, shoestring fries, and sauteed seasonal vegetables.
