I spoke to two employees about their cooking process. For pasta, they will get a new pot with fresh water, and they have a separate pan to cook the pizzas to avoid cross-contamination. They also will take extra precaution in preparing salads that at GF.
The food is delicious!! The avocado salad is amazing, as well the prosciutto pizza!! Crust was perfectly cooked and didn’t taste like cardboard!
Enjoyed our meal immensely! Staff seemed knowledgeable and I did not get sick, and I am very sensitive to cross-contamination!
