Great food! New Vietnamese restaurant in Winona. The spring rolls and sauce they come with are gluten free, as are the three types of pho on the menu. The owner was knowledgeable on ingredients and able to walk me through the menu.

Fried rice, Bahn mi, and egg rolls are not available GF.
