Review of Nose Dive

I ordered the Parmesan crusted salmon over orzo. I was happy to see so many items could be made gluten free if they weren’t already. However, they failed to communicate to me that the gluten free adjustments made to my meal would make it a completely different meal. My salmon was not Parmesan crusted and they served me penne pasta instead of orzo. If they would have informed me of how drastic the gluten free adjustments to my meal would be, I would would’ve ordered something different. I ordered the meal because I wanted the orzo. Everything tasted great, just wish there would have been more communication to adjust my expectations of what I would be served.
