Menu marked with gluten free or option to be made gluten free on request (two separate tags). French fries and sweet potato fries have their own frier separate from the other items so all fries are gluten free. After my dietary restriction was mentioned a friend who ordered a gf item was asked by the waiter if it was also dietary or by choice (it was choice). Felt very safe with their knowledge and flagging system.
