Wash hands/ change gloves. Slightly separate kitchen area.
Plenty of delicious gluten free options on the menu. The wedge salad and rice bowl are so delicious! They also have several gf alcoholic drinks such as the Oregon Berry Lemon Drop. Highly recommend to anyone that’s GF coming through Florence! Literally my fave place in town. Great food, good drinks and the best vibes.

Don’t eat here. No dedicated fryer. Short staff. Bad service and I got a rash.

We tried to eat here but nothing was safe. They definitely do not have a dedicated fryer.

Well, my hopes were high, but most of the items marked GF on their menu were fried, and they do NOT have a dedicated fryer, so fried items were not celiac safe and few choices were left. I was super bummed since I went there for the fish and chips. I had a salmon rice bowl which was fine. Sadly, I probably wouldn’t go back due to limited options. I HATE when restaurants label dishes as GF on the menu when they’re clearly contaminated.

GLUTEN-FREE options abound! I love this place and I was so sad when I was recently diagnosed with celiac. But wait! They serve a GF version of their cheese curds and they are as good as the regular ones. Lots of choices, top notch service, terrific bar.
They do not have a GF dedicated fryer and it is noted on their menu.

Interpret how you will: So, we were told that they have a dedicated fryer and prep space which the owner watches meticulously when she’s there. However, they said they couldn’t be assured that everyone follows that when she’s not, so they advised us against eating anything fried if we were Celiac or very sensitive.
If you are super sensitive they recommend avoiding the fried foods, which limits options some. Still several good choices.
Very friendly staff, who genuinely seemed to care for us, possibly to the point of going overboard (see fryer comments; they also made the food for the non-Celiacs in our group GF without asking).
