Existe a possibilidade de pedir pizza com massa sem glúten mas não são aptas para celíacos. Há muito pouco conhecimento sobre quais os alimentos com glúten e o processo de contaminação cruzada. Depois de referirem que o risotto seria seguro, alertaram para o facto de que levava um molho com farinha de trigo. Optei por uma omolete com salada.
