We chanced upon this place while waiting for a tour. The pasta isn’t gluten free but all the pizzas can be on a gluten free base. They also do the pizza in a separate oven.
The pizza was amazing. It had a bit of depth but crispy and tasted what I remember pizza to taste like. My gluten eating partner shared the gluten free pizza and said he wouldn’t have known the difference. Absolutely worth a visit
