Nostalgia Bistro

Cute family owned restaurant. Lunch menu does not indicate gf options but waiter was knowledgeable and asked the owner if he wasn't sure about something. He said they could make any sandwich into a lettuce wrap. I had the tuna melt on lettuce with a side of red cabbage slaw.

This is the nicest place in Dubois, WY and their menu indicates which items are gluten free. I had an asian beef and rice dinner with a side salad. All amazing flavor and portions. Didn't get sick which is always a good sign for us gluten free people haha. Definitely recommend!
