Absolutely delicious fries, whether you just get plain fries or anything from their menu, it’s sure to satisfy your fry craving. Delicious and fresh, made to order toppings. Owners are so friendly and accommodating.

It’s nice to have a GF food truck but I really didn’t like the fries I ate. I felt they are cooked too long so are hard and crisp with no salty potato taste. The cheese was cool and bland poured on them. Then, the sour cream of course has no taste really. You catch a flavor of green onion or bacon once in awhile but wasn’t enough taste to any of it. I know good fries like Five Guys that come out hot. These were not it. After my seventh trip to bathroom tonight , I would never eat these again.

The whole truck is dedicated gluten-free. They have crispy fries with a bunch of different toppings Vegetarian and meat options available.

I got philly cheese steak fries and my partner got herb cheese curd fries with gravy. Both were rich, flavorful, and absolutely delicious.

The owners/operators are so friendly and fun to talk to. Overall excellent experience, would highly recommend.

Found out about this food truck on a GF Facebook group and was so excited. They sell loaded fries and the entire menu is GF and celiac safe. The fries are in a dedicated GF frier. The food is delicious. They travel all around the surrounding Raleigh Areas. I will be sure to always visit when they are at an area near me.
