Hello! Employee as of 2021. We serve Udi’s buns if asked for and all base custard is gluten free! Do ask if the flavor of the day has any gluten, as sometimes we add brownie pieces, cookie, etc.

NLY can’t guarantee no cross-contamination, but we are happy to take some precautions. Unfortunately, custard and sandwiches are the only things gluten free at this time.

Pretty pathetic. They have Udi’s bread so you can pretty much get anything that’s a sandwich but the menu is incredibly limited.
