Review of Not Watson's Kitchen + Bar

I was served a gluten bun & assured "yes it's gluten free". After taking a bite and realizing immediately that it wasn't gluten free the waitress comes back & picks up my plate & says "Let me take this back & make sure it's Gluten free". She then brings me a different burger and says "Yes the first one was gluten free but I had them make another while I watched just to make sure"
