My very first restaurant experience after my celiac diagnosis was at the Glen Mills, PA location. Our server immediately noticed my GF menu and was kind, knowledgable, and helpful. He made recommendations (which I followed) and the food was delicious. I had the grilled chicken caprese. The food runner delivered my food by saying "here is your GF chicken caprese," which I appreciated. From start to finish I felt as though my allergy was being considered and taken seriously.
