JUST found out about NYML . . . wish we'd found it earlier! Have eaten there twice and we LOVE it! The tenderloins and chicken strips are amazing! Hoping they come to West part of West Des Moines and Waukee more often!!

I discovered this place last fall. Followed on FB for their locations for some time before I had the chance to finally go & enjoy. Very knowledgeable to keep as dedicated gluten free facility. Food was very delicious! Used some of the best GF buns I've had. It felt great to once again eat some fried food!

So happy to find NYML food truck! I loved the tenderloin and zucchini fries! Hope to see the truck in Ankeny more frequently.

This is my food truck that is dedicated to the gluten free community. The inspiration for the menu came from my niece that lives with celiac disease.
