LOVE their gluten free bundt cake! While it’s the only gf option, it’s such a soft, moist cake. The lady who worked there said she’s not gf but it’s her favorite of all their cakes. Definitely worth a try!
I live in Wisconsin and always buy from the Nothing Bundt cake shop in Rockford, IL. There is only one flavor that is gluten free, chocolate chip, which is moist and topped with an amazing delicious cream cheese frosting. The frosting to cake ratio is perfect. I have been buying these Bundt cakes for 6 years now and I’m hopeful one day they will expand their gluten free flavor options. It’s nice to know that you can expect the same great quality and flavor even when your away from home.
Really tasty gf cake. They prepare them seperately from the other Cakes. Had no issues. Only one gf cake to choose.

Only one cake flavor is gluten free but made early in the morning when everything is clean and stored separate. Ordered gf birthday cake and it was delicious. Did not get sick.
Nima test approved! Regular flour bakery specializing in different flavored bundt cakes with one gluten free flavor - chocolate chip. Staff informed me that they bake the gluten free cakes first for the day, they are then kept in individually wrapped containers and stored on the top shelf. The GF cake was very delicious and Nima test detected no gluten.
They have one gf flavor of cake-it's chocolate chip and it's beyond delish!

If you are a sensitive celiac, please don't risk it... an open-air bakery space like this means there is flour in and on everything and there is absolutely no way to prevent cross-contamination. I got horrifically sick from eating 1/2 of a GF mini bundt.
I was excited to hear that they had gluten free options, however was not able to try them as a celiac. There website says their gluten free products are made on the same surfaces and machines and likely contain trace amounts of gluten, so it is all cross contaminated.
Their mini GF Bundt cake is my go to for celebrations and it is fantastic! The cake itself is tasty and has a great texture, the frosting is what really makes it though.
They offer gluten free! We had the chocolate chip and lemon raspberry individual bundtlet! They were delicious! Highly recommended!
They have a gluten free chocolate chip bundt cake. It is amazing. I’m pretty sure all the restaurants in this chain carry it. They also will sometimes do a seasonal gf Bundt cake like lemon.
