Review of Nothing Bundt Cakes

I used to love Nothing Bundt Cakes prior Hashimoto's and Celiac dx. I don't like chocolate and that's the main GF item there. They have a lemon Raspberry GF bundtlet for a limited time, which I was very excited to try. Within minutes of eating it, I had major bloating and stomach pain. As delicious as it was, I'm thinking there was cross contamination as I sadly had a major reaction to it.
