They offer a lot of dishes with a gluten free alternative and don’t bat an eye when you request it. From what I’ve seen and heard, they’re very careful about cross contamination and I haven’t had an issue, even with carry out food.

LOVE this place! They are so safe. Say “celiac” and they take extra care. They have dedicated pots and pans to gluten free. Management and staff even checked on me during dinner to confirm it was safe.

GF menu, gf pasta boiled in fresh water, clean pot. Enjoyed my gf Mac n cheese! Gluten eating family liked their food too

Great variety of pasta and sauces. Good tasting, too!
I have severe Celiac and had no reaction. My receipt did not show my order as gluten free, but the manager reassured me that the order they had in the back was GF. Pesto pasta was delicious. Recommend to other celiacs, for sure.

Very good! Only "complaint" would be that the GF menu is only posted right at the front when you order vs at the back of the line like the main menu so it feels rushed to order. But the husband (non gf) said my GF order was better than his!
Boring options. Charged a ton for added chicken.
Stopped in passing through town. Good selection of sauces and toppings for gf pasta. Had Pomodoro and Shrimp Fettucine. Family really enjoyed meal- highly sensitive celiac, no reactions. Will definitely return when in town

Great sauce flavors, delicious and really good rice noodles. The staff is trained to avoid cross contamination, too.
OUTSTANDING food. fresh and full of flavor. My husband and I are both highly reactive to gluten, and we had no problems.
Great gf choices... Sauces at tasty and fresh. Rice noodles for gf. Can't wait to try this place again

Great GF experience! The cashier was very well trained on how they prevent cross contamination. Every is cleaned and fresh utensils and woks are used for GF meals. The GF menu is at the counter and provide several options. I had the GF rice pasta with pomodoro sauce and chicken. My fellow GF diner had the GF rice pasta with Chipotle sauce and chicken. It was so nice to find a lunch spot with so many tasty optioms and an understanding of how to make it a safe experience for me. We had great and safe meals 2 days in a row. The 2nd day I kept with the same meal but my GF friend had the Cajun sauce which was quite spicy but good.
As a heads up, this restaurant is a little like a Chipotle Mexican Grill, but despite not having table service, the workers came around to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.

Scrumptious gluten free pasta.

Good GF menu although there were no Asian choices due to soy sauce. The location was out of GF noodles so I had rice noodles. Also offered choices without noodles. A good quick option for gluten free

Ordered the GF Alfredo, it was marked Allergy on our receipt, but came out quickly with two tortellini (not GF!) in the dish. They remade the dish without question (or apology), ate it and did not get sick.

The food is delicious. I’ve never gotten sick after eating here.

I ordered a gluten free, lettuce meal (containing no noodles). It was delicious; however, I noticed halfway through my meal that I had a noodle in my food. Needless to say, I felt a little panicked. I took it out and quietly told the manager. She beamed as she apologize, but she explained that ALL gluten free food is prepared in a separate kitchen, using separate pots and water sources! She even gave me a card for a free lunch for my worries! I didn’t get sick, lol, so needless to say I’ll be returning and recommending this restaurant!!!
