Best poke I have ever had. I've had a lot of poke.
The combinations of flavors are incredible.
Stopped in because I needed dinner, on a work trip. So many options here to choose from but this wins. My chef partner is blown away as well.
Service was amazing, he tasted us on all the sauces which made it so hard to decide. I know I could not go wrong! He handled my requests so kindly (no cilantro, adding another protein)..
I truly wish I could come back for breakfast before leaving Albuquerque.
Such a grateful celiac here. I have 24 more hours of driving and knowing I'm safe from tummy and head -aches, comforted with bomb poke is heaven.
