Review of Nourish Bistro

Being a celiac I was excited to find a place that had a gluten free menu. The service was friendly and the food was tasty. But I got super sick :( I'm thinking their ravioli or flour must have come in contact with my food. Really disappointing since the place is 99% GF but they obviously don't practice safe cross contamination methods in the kitchen. Also the two "gluten free" beers they had were actually gluten reduced beers made from wheat (not safe for celiacs). I guess if you're GF as a trend this place is for you, but if you really can't have gluten watch out! Such a bummer since they went 99% of the way there, but failed to provide a safe eating experience for celiacs. I'm sure the ravioli is tasty but it undermines the whole concept of the restaurant, and creates problems for those looking for a true GF meal.
