This is THE BEST dedicated gluten free cafe we have ever been to in all of our travels of the 50 states. We got to know the co-owner, Kimber, within minutes of ordering. Her health and wellness story inspired us and her explanations in detail of her menu is impressive. Of all of the restaurants we have searched out through this app, this place was the best. I just wish there was a way to have it in every city across the states!!

I came here twice and am excited to come back. I could not recommend their biscuits and gravy enough! The wait staff is super nice and they are actually a 100% gluten free environment.

The food quality is inconsistent recently. The burger tasted so different from before, because we always order the same thing and it was good before. After several bites of my Kale salad with overwhelming salty taste, I couldn’t taste any flavor but the aftertaste of questionable seasoning or dressing today. With the prices we paid for the food, it was quite an disappointment.. We used to love the place but now hope they will hold up their enthusiasm from the opening a year ago.

Everything is gluten free!

Perfect portion of biscuits and gravy. Delicious and creamy. This Texas girl has missed her cream gravy!

Yummy nitro cold brew and homemade mocha! Also loved the decor — lots of plants and a great view looking out from the bar seats.

Did not live up to the hype of the other reviews. Biscuits tasted like thanksgiving stuffing and were very dense and dry. Gravy just tasted like chicken broth and was grainy. It's great to have places that are dedicated gluten free but it needs to be done well

Pretty good, completely gluten free and lots of healthier options, including some raw foods. Enjoyed a breakfast biscuit sandwich, but the biscuit was a bit dry and crumbly. Still totally delicious though, 5 stars cause I can eat everything!

Gluten free goodies for (all day) brekky & lunch. Street or garage parking, friendly staff, super clean site😊. Owner Kallie is charming too. Sadly, no butter to go with my GF pancakes.

Had the SCL Chicken Salad Wrap. It was delicious and 100% GF. This place is definitely celiac friendly and has dairy-free and soy-free options. Parking is a little tricky, but would recommend to all my GF friends visiting Columbia, MO.

Food was good. I didn't get sick. They locally source a lot of ingredients. Many vegetarian options and dairy free too. Their menu is entirely gluten free- including oats. Its somewhat pricey but its nice to know its safe. I got the breakfast bowl with eggs, beans, spicy cheese, onions, tomatoes. Really spicy but good. Also tried the chocolate mousse which was super coconut-y which I didn't like.
