Healthy and delicious! Nourish is best known for their smoothies, salads, wraps, grain bowls, and so forth, but I know that the owners want to start putting more emphasis on their baked goods and sweets, which is why I've been hired. We're looking to expand into the catering field as well, so that would be a good thing to note. My favorites for savories are the Nourish Bowl (sort of our signature item, of course) and the Bibimbap Bowl. I'm utterly addicted to the blue matcha lattes, and there's a solid coffee/espresso program, as well as kombucha on tap. Lots of stuff available for grab-and-go, but we also offer communal seating indoors and a few tables outside, with free wi-fi for anyone who wants to camp on their laptops. The entire menu is vegan, no refined sugar (we only use maple syrup, dates, coconut sugar, and brown rice syrup across the board), no refined grains/flours, and many gluten-free options. Brunch specials of quinoa waffles and such available on the weekends.
