My husband has celiac so sushi restaurants are always a challenge. They don't have a gluten free menu but the owner, Susan, always tells us the different substitutions they can make. Her husband is one of the sushi chefs. They have gf soy sauce and she will bring me on the side the crunchies and eel sauces that he can't have. They have an extensive menu and she's very knowledgeable about what he can and can't have. To top it off their sushi is the best even if we weren't eating gf.
