Pasta dishes can have GF pasta substituted, and the person at the front desk told me their pizzas can be made with a "low-gluten" crust. And of course you can order a salad without croutons. I have ordered a salad once, and a GF pasta dish twice here without issue. This is my go-to Italian option in the Mooresville area.
