The man working the counter at the Phoenix location was so knowledgeable. I was very impressed with his attention to detail for celiac safe precautions as well as the way he was teaching the other staff. I felt safe ordering with him there. Took precautions to reduce cross contamination. Have gluten free cones (I believe they use Joy GF cones). Menu isn’t labeled, you’ll need to ask.
As soon as I say gluten free they list the procedures and tell each other to change gloves, etc. Super accommodating and knowledgeable. Plus delicious, we come all the time
Amazing ice cream. GF Cones and they have a fruity pebble rice crispy treat. There is a risk for cross contamination but they were super accommodating when I asked them to use a fresh scoop.
